Анотація
Об’єднані Арабські Емірати є федерацією, існування якої починається у 1971 році. Дубай – один з семи Еміратів-складових федерації, який привертає неабияку увагу туристів та характеризується розвинутим та різноманітним ринком нерухомості, завдяки розкішним умовам для життя і прибутковості інвестицій.
Потужна правова система регулювання нерухомості Об’єднаних Арабських Еміратах існує, перш за все, з метою забезпечення стійкого функціонування сфери поряд зі стрімко зростаючим попитом з боку кінцевого споживача. Такий підхід видався доречним, адже окрім налагодженої правової бази сприяв додатковому залученню іноземних інвестицій
