Анотація

Технологія блокчейн багато обговорюється в світі в контексті її застосування в реєстрах власності – землі та іншого нерухомого майна. Ця стаття аналізує кілька спроб в різних країнах застосувати цю технологію (в Швеції, Грузії та Великій Британії), та пояснює чому ці проекти провалились чи не отримали подальшого розвитку. Основний розділ статті пропонує ще більш широкий погляд на типові хибні уявлення про властивості технології блокчейн та аналізує концепції її застосування, та зокрема, обговорює ідею титул токену та реєстру нерухомості нового покоління, що в своїй основі спирається на зв’язку блокчейн мереж.
