The journal was established with the purpose of publishing exclusively important, high-quality, in-demand, and useful scientific and practical materials.
We are aware that there is a large number of legal journals in Ukraine. However, we have set ourselves a slightly different goal – not to publish articles solely for the sake of statistics, as often required for university professors, researchers, including or especially for beginners, but to publish articles, information, and other materials by individuals who are professionals in their field or aspire to become so.
