1. Shape thematic scholarly discourse in the field of civil law through the selection and peer review of publications devoted to specific doctrinal aspects.
2. Promote the development of civil law scholarship by fostering professional academic debate with a view to improving legislative approaches and approaches to the application of law.
3. Support the development of contemporary doctrinal approaches in civil law by publishing peer-reviewed research grounded in open professional discussion.
The core idea of the journal is to contribute to the adaptation of Ukrainian private law to the European legal space and to facilitate the understanding of Ukrainian civil law by European legal institutions, in particular when investing in the Ukrainian economy and when resolving disputes before foreign courts.
